HavenIQ is a property supervision service based in Cambridge, Ontario, serving short-term rental owners and owners of seasonal or intermittently vacant homes across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. It combines sensor monitoring of water, temperature, and device health with trained human assessment and coordinated contractor dispatch. The founders bring 18 years of residential construction experience and operate short-term rentals themselves — HavenIQ exists because the problems it watches for happened to them first.
