The fine print, in plain language
Hardware is pass-through — we don't mark it up, and if you already own compatible equipment, it may slot in. Contractor work is billed by the contractor; when we coordinate payment, our coordination fee is shown as a separate line item, never buried. Cancel with thirty days' written notice.
